Our Story

I am a North Carolina licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHCA), graduating from NC State with a master's in clinical mental health and hold National Counselor Certification (NCC). I also hold a master's degree in public administration and have been in executive healthcare management roles for over 25 years.
My passion is to help individuals address loss, grief and trauma in a way that restores them to a place of healing as they navigate into a whole new life. There is no one way, nor right way, to grieve. As unique as we are, our emotional needs and healing processes are also very unique. I support every client through a multicultural and holistic frame of reference, accepting all faiths and paths and working with each individual to heal mind, body and spirit.
In addition to being Board Certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors, I am also a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, and currently hold a Level 2 Certification as a Complicated Grief Specialist through the University of Columbia, Center for Complicated Grief.
My vision is to bring together specialists in loss, grief and trauma and build an incredible network that supports healing of the mind, body and spirit.
