Compassionate therapy for young adults,
supporting identity and self-discovery
Young adults face unique challenges: emerging independence and identity, navigating friendships and relationships, career or work stress, managing social expectations, coping with uncertainty about the future. Many individuals also carry the weight of grief, trauma and loss through these transitions.
Therapy provides a supportive space to pause, breathe and sort through these experiences without judgment. Together, we focus on building resilience, strengthening coping strategies and creating a path forward that feels grounded, hopeful and true to you.

Societal pressures, career or academic choices, relationships and big questions about the future can make you feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of your next step. Young adulthood often brings big questions of identity and direction which can be made heavier when grief, trauma or self-doubt are part of the picture.

We can work together to:
-
Reduce stress, anxiety and racing thoughts
-
Build tools to feel grounded, capable and connected
-
Build clarity around your goals and identity
-
Process experiences and navigate grief or trauma
