Caring for Yourself is Caring for Your Family
Parenting brings love, joy and connection but can also bring incredible pressure and uncertainty. It can also leave you feeling worn thin, guilty for wanting time to yourself or unsure of who you are outside of caregiving. You may find yourself constantly juggling responsibilities, giving to everyone else, while quietly wondering when there will be space for you.

Liz Enck, LCSW, offers therapy for parents who want to feel balanced, grounded and reconnected to themselves.
With her support, you’ll have permission to exhale, be honest about your struggles, process difficult feelings and find your way back to a steadier place. Whatever the age of your children, Liz can help you:

-
Release guilt and pressure to be “enough”
-
Find balance in the many roles you carry
-
Explore your feelings openly and without judgment
-
Process difficult feelings and move toward healing
-
Rediscover the parts of yourself that have been waiting for space
