Anxiety is real. It is heavy. It is pervasive. And it can feel like it rules our life. It pops up as soon as we awake, stays with us all day and keeps us up at night. It impacts our bodies, minds and spirits, affecting our digestive tracts, our ability to focus and our overall wellbeing. In my 8 week program, we will work together to befriend anxiety (yes, we WILL make friends with it!), understand how, where and why it is showing up and then put in place tools and resources for actively working with it, using it for our own growth. At the end of our work together, you will have a new understanding of how you process your emotions, thoughts and fears, and walk into a future with tools and resources to live an abundantly more peaceful life. You know you don't spend the time you need on your own wellbeing and that's why you are here. As women, moms, business owners, leaders and amazing people who are committed to improving the lives of all of those around us...we forget US. No more. This program is designed to help set the stage for caring for you, making you a priority and ensuring you have the tools, resources, knowledge and support you need to take what you learn and design a life long self support strategy. Moving from anxiety to peace is possible. You can do it. This program will require commitment to YOU, your mental, physical and spiritual self. It will lay the foundation of of making YOU a priority, and ensuring you are cared for on an ongoing basis.
