About the event

A Different Kind of Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day feels different after the loss of a child. While others celebrate, you may find yourself holding grief, love, longing, and absence—all at once.

This day asks something different of you. It means something different to you.

Our gathering offers a space to meet it with care — a container where your grief can be acknowledged, held and gently supported.

A balance of connection and solitude, reflection and expression, stillness and rest.

A Day for You

You’ll have time to step out of the expectations of the day and into a space where you can simply be.

To soften, even just a little. To take care of you.

To feel what is there, without pressure to change it. To be in the presence of others who understand this kind of loss.

However your loss has been experienced or carried… there is space for you here.

This is a different kind of day. One that allows for presence instead of performance.

Connection instead of isolation. Support and space instead of expectation.

💫 Our Promise

You will be gently supported throughout the day as you:

  • Find moments of grounding and steadiness within yourself

  • Gain a deeper, more compassionate understanding of your grief

  • Explore personal reflection through writing or quiet expression

  • Experience connection with other mothers who truly understand

  • Be held in spaces of rest, stillness, and integration

🌟 Our Day

Together we will have a gently guided afternoon, centered around connection, reflection, and care:

🤍 Opportunities for quiet connection with others who understand

✍️ Reflective writing to honor your experience, your child, and your grief

🌿 Time in nature, held by the quiet, gathered near the stillness of a beautiful pond

🕊️ Guided meditation to support grounding and presence

🎶 A restorative sound bath with Elody Sound Healing

Together, these experiences are designed to gently support the processing of grief, offering space for reflection, emotional release, and moments of healing — even in small ways.

💛 What You May Find Here

  • Space to set down what you’ve been carrying

  • Permission to grieve—without expectation or timeline

  • A sense of connection with others who truly understand

  • A deeper awareness of how grief is living within you

  • Gentle ways to support yourself through difficult moments

Even a small moment of relief makes a difference.

Registration is limited to 10 individuals to ensure an intimate, supportive experience

Don’t miss this opportunity to invest in your own healing — gently, intentionally and with complete support. This day offers space to pause, breathe and tend to the grief you’ve been carrying, with care and compassion.
