Permission to Grieve

An Immersive Day of Breath, Balance, and Belonging

🗓 Sunday, September 28 · 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM📍 Sky Pond · Apex, NC

Because our first gathering was so deeply moving…we’re opening the circle again!

Attendees left asking for more workshops and gave incredible feedback, describing the day as "transformational,” “nourishing,” and “exactly what I needed.” So, we are bringing the workshop back in September!

All guests in our workshop walked away feeling seen, softened, and supported — and they asked for more! Here’s what they said:

“This was the first time I allowed myself to feel.”

“I walked in feeling hopeless. I left knowing I can do this.”

“I learned grief is not a battle. I can begin befriending my grief.”

A Day of True Self-Care

Grief asks for intentional space — a container to be seen, felt, and honored. This workshop offers that space: a balance of community and solitude, rest and reflection. Learning and integration.  You'll have space and time to honor, befriend and even release your grief. You will leave this day with a new awareness, new meaning, a release of what's weighing so heavily and a reconnection to your authentic self. This is a day of true self-care. One intentional day can make a lifetime of difference.

💫 Our Promise:

  • You’ll nourish your mind, body, and spirit — and begin to see your grief with gentler eyes.

  • You’ll rekindle a quiet connection to the self within — the one longing to be seen and honored.

  • You’ll gather insights, practices, and moments that will stay with you long after the day is done.

  • You’ll be held in a space where expression softens, restoration unfolds and learning gently lands.

  • You’ll take with you a steadier heart and meaningful ways to tend to your grief — and to yourself.
